Dye sublimation is the process of transferring dye to an alternate medium via the use of heat. It’s a little like tattooing, but instead of needles, paper and heat are used to stain fabric dot by dot.
Unlike screen printing, embroidery or transfers which attach ink or thread to a fabric, dye sublimation dyes or stains the fabric.
The process works with white or very light colour polyester fabrics. Most sportswear can be branded this way. It’s also an idea process for building a custom uniform from scratch as colours, gradients and artwork variations are simplified.
Our dye sublimation process is a great option for companies that have multiple sponsors or logo's on their apparel.
