Custom Kids’ Oztag Jerseys for a Canberra Team
There’s something special about seeing a junior team run onto the field in jerseys made just for them. For this recent Oztag project, we created sublimated kids’ tees with bold colours, energetic artwork and personalised player details.
The design combines a white patterned front with bright orange sleeves and a dark back. Across the chest, the words “TAG YOU’RE IT” take centre stage, accompanied by playful Oztag illustrations. Orange, purple and black graphics sweep across the lower half of the tee, bringing the front and back together as one team design.
A jersey that feels personal to every player
Team uniforms work best when they create a shared look while giving each player a sense of ownership. On the back of these tees, each player’s name sits above a large, easy-to-read number. The example pictured features “TOMMY” and the number 7.
These details make the jerseys recognisable on the field and give the kids something that feels distinctly theirs. For junior teams, it’s often the name and number that players are most excited to see.
Making room for the team’s sponsor
The back of the tee also features the 3DS Group logo beneath the player number. Its placement gives the sponsor clear visibility while keeping the name and number prominent.

Why sublimation suited this design
This project called for more than a small logo on a standard tee. Sublimation allowed the artwork, patterns and colours to become part of the garment design, with space for graphics across both the front and back.
It gave us the flexibility to combine the team’s bright orange sleeves, contrasting dark back, chest artwork, player details and sponsor branding into one consistent look. It’s an option for Canberra sports clubs wanting uniforms that reflect their own team identity.
