With EOFY approaching, our usual supplier was struggling to source the specific pink bandanas our loyal customer needed. Rather than delay the project, we went searching far and wide for an alternative supplier.
We found one, but when the stock arrived, we discovered two slightly different shades of pink. Thankfully, our amazing client was happy with both shades, so we kept moving forward.
Printing Hurdles — And Another Roadblock
Once the bandanas landed, they went straight to our trusted printing partner, one of the few who can handle large 52cm prints.
Everything seemed smooth… until a week later, we received an unexpected update:
They were unable to complete the job due to a machine change.
Back to square one? Not quite.

We immediately went back into problem-solving mode and sourced another printing company capable of handling oversized bandana prints. This time, the experience was incredible. Fast communication, smooth process, and beautiful results.
